Welcome to Pecos!
Pecos, New Mexico is located between Santa Fe and Las Vegas, New Mexico, at the site of a mountain pass used by travelers for centuries. This pass was used by ancient nomadic Indian tribes, by travelers on the Santa Fe Trail and was the site of a Civil War battle that changed the course of the war and of our United States of America.
Pecos is a small, friendly village perched at the edge of a vast wilderness area still pristine in its offerings of fly fishing, hiking and camping. The Pecos Business Association invites you to visit soon. |
